		<description>Teeman: Sure. Do you have them on your Address book program? Say Microsoft Office. If so, go to File -&gt; Import &amp; Export
Export to a file
Comma Separated Values (DOS)
Select Contacts
Select file location to store to the file

Once done, do the conversion. And go back, doing Import this time over your old contacts:

File -&gt; Import and Export
Import from another program or file
Comma Separated Values (DOS)
Select File to Import and OK
