There is another bookstore called Better Books and Cafe that recently opened in Salmiya, Kuwait. It sells both used and new books of various genres at reasonable prices. And offer you a complimentary cup of coffee while you browse

Sara: Huh… you hurt me with that question. Sadly no one good store. Avenues with all it’s multi-floor stores lacks a single book store. No I don’t count the tiny one with chocolate and kids toys near restaurant area.

There is Q8Books.com but I didn’t find your required book. Other than that, I’d try Virgin at Marina and Jareer at Hawally park. They’re both expensive however. For over a year, I’ve been mostly using Kindle to read books. I know for some novels if they hold graphics it’s a shame to lose the experience.

Is Amazon too hard of an option?

thanks dear for the summary you came out with for the 2,5 years old online kuwaiti bookstore. Dont worry, there are a good amount of customers to the site whom are mostly from the high income segment.

However, there is a re-branding happeing soon that for sure you will like.
